If you can stay an entire week, you'll enjoy 10-15% off daily rates (depending on the time of year). This home offers plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It boasts a lovely deck, a pool table for entertainment, and has been fully renovated with a stunning new kitchen and updated bathrooms. For your comfort, there are also two enormous smart TVs for streaming, a screened porch, washer and dryer and private parking. There's even a kitchen beverege fridge as well as another full sized "extra" refrigerator. You'll find a convenient 1st-floor bedroom, perfect for multi-generational families. The owner even provides 2 kayaks for guest use, and you'll love that it's just a short walk to the beach. A gas grill is also available for your outdoor cooking needs. Located in lovely and private Bayview Park, you'll love the proximity to the beach at the end of the street or the lovely beaches in the State Park and Fenwick Island. You'll be just a bike ride or drive to the adorable Bethany Beach Boardwalk with it's lovely eateries and unique shops. No Pets or Smoking Please. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for all stays.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
