DETAILS: Louisiana Purchase is an impressive 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home that sleeps an advertised 16. Located in the Woods of Watercolor, this home has nearby bike paths, access to the newly expanded private Watercolor Beach Club, and multiple community pools. Louisiana Purchase is located between Seaside shopping, tennis courts, kids pool with water slides, lazy river, and adult food and beverage. Come enjoy private access to the beach through the Beach Club!
This 3-story home features a Southern-inspired wrap-around porch, second-floor balcony with seating, and newly upholstered swings. Entry on the left side of the home opens to a beautiful dining room and kitchen with brick flooring that has a wonderful New Orleans vibe. The great room welcomes guests with a spacious open layout, wood floors, and French doors leading to a vast screened in porch with 85" smart TV. Retire around the woodburning fireplace on 2 oversized sofas and 2 armchairs, or sit around the table with 4 armchairs next to the 6-stool breakfast bar. The 12-seat dining room table and adjoining gourmet kitchen offer high-end appliances! Additional 12 seating outside on the patio table! There are 2 bedrooms on this first floor. One guest room boasting a king bed with double sliding doors and one primary king bedroom with an attached movie room suite featuring an 85" smart TV. There's also a washer and dryer with a large pantry on this floor.
Ascend to the second-floor kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, wet bar, and laundry area. There are 4 primary king guest bedrooms with French door access to the covered balconies that all include their own smart TVs. One twin bunk room adjoins one of the primary bedrooms along with a full-sized crib, and 4 additional bunks occupy the hallway with their own bathroom. The second floor living room has a comfy sectional to watch movies on the 70'' smart TV and offers additional sleeping arrangements with its built in bunk beds and extra crib as well.
The third-floor vaulted tower has a large game room with a smart TV, pool table, ping pong, pinball machine, and a 6-person game table.
