Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the experience and house were top notch. We came to Watercolor with our three grown daughters and their significant others. The communication leading up the rental was good, house was in great shape and fit us perfectly. We will definitely rent this place through Beach Habitats 30A again.
