2 Bedroom Condo in Rehoboth Beach

Brand new 2022 renovation! Everything is brand new! New Beds, showers, sinks, appliances, Smart TVs, furniture, flooring!!! Condo features a pool just steps away from the outdoor deck on the first floor. The condo is exactly one mile to the beach & boardwalk. Just a 5 minute drive to the Jungle Jims Waterpark and tons of amazing restaurants bars. Want to shop the Tanger Outlets are less than a mile away. Bring your bikes and leave your car for the entire weekend! Rehoboth now has lots of bike racks to securley lock yur bike in front of the beach access paths. The condo also has a very large bike rack to lock up your bike. We are exactly 1 mile to the boardwalk and walking distance to the Crystal Restaurant for Breakfast!! There is public transportation to the outlets and beach if you wanted to leave the car at the condo. We also provide all your linens and bath towels!!! Any rental over 30 days the tenant will pay utilities.

Summary: We stayed in our home away from home for nearly 2 months. It is a well appointed apartment with all the furnishings you might need. Great quiet neighborhood with great eateries in walking distance. Walking distance to the beach too is a great plus. We feel in love with the neighborhood. I would stay here again
