Summary: Great location! I never saw the staff, but the key was left for me at the front. Nivedita sized rooms, but mattresses seemed old and did not hold their shape. Bathroom was small, and sink was in the room.

Summary: The room was very dingy. Very dated. Once we turned on the AC, the room had a bad odor. Definitely was not worth the $280. We paid for that room. It would’ve been more of a $95 room. I don’t think the bed is very comfortable either

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights at ~$300 per night. Would have been expensive elsewhere. The location is fine, walkable to boat tours docks. There are a couple of free public shuttle stops near by - the free shuttle runs every half an hour. The motel is old but clean - the same motel in the lower 48 states would be priced at about $50-$100. Rooms has microwave and refrigerator and tea/coffee in the lobby.

Summary: Clean, basic accommodation. Very old property and poorly maintained though clean and in a very safe and convenient area. If all you are looking for is a safe, clean place to sleep, this is fine. If you are expecting a nicer place, don’t book here. They were very nice and helpful and we were fine with the place though I feel it is very expensive for the quality of the space you are renting.

Summary: This is not Murphy's issue. The free shuttle went by us and it didn't stop. We got a taxi then to go to eat

Summary: Our room was dated (furnishing wise) but was very clean with a comfy bed. It had a very small balcony that overlooked the water and mountains which was perfect for watching and photographing sunset! No breakfast but coffee and tea are always available in the front office.

Summary: The hotel itself was fine and it was a good location. There was no one at the front desk after 9pm and that's where the problem begins. We weren't getting in until late, it turned out midnight. I received a text from Murphy's saying that an envelope would be on the front desk with our room key in it. That was true. But the room key said Marina Inn 113. We arrived at midnight It was dark and raining. We (of course) had never been there before. We looked at every door for room 113. We did not see it. We were (slightly) panicking. I thought maybe our room was at the Marina Inn since there was no room 113 at Murphy's. We drove there and long story but the key didn't fit and they also have no one after 9pm. We came back to Murphy's and looked around more. There is a second building next door which we didn't know was Murphy's. We finally found room 113. Inside they conveniently had a map of the property on the desk. Here's a brilliant idea- why not put a map in the envelope with the key for late arriving guests? Then we would have found our room without going all over town and worrying about sleeping in the car. The next day I told the person at the front desk to put a map in the envelopes. I'll bet you they didn't. If they did, great. But come on, It really would have helped us
