Positive: Simple beauty without any cheap clatters that you see at many Japanese hotels/ryokans, good amenity and facilities incl Nespresso machine in the room, beautiful view, clean everywhere, clean and beautiful modern onsen, great additional amenities. Friendly staff called for dinner reservations. Food was good and nice presentation. Room lighting can be improved with more soft indirect lighting. Beautiful view in the room but can have some small light outside to enjoy the night view from the room. The chairs were obviously set to watch TV but seeing the view through their large windows should be more priority (we moved the rug and chairs!). Pick-up and drop off were helpful on the rainy day with heavy luggage.

Negative: Staff lack of words other than “thank you” Lighting outside by the water was missing to enjoy the night view from the room
