You have your very own private, beautifully renovated, self-contained Cottage all to yourself but with hosts living on the 12 acre property should you require anything! Gumleaf Cottage is a 100 year old typical Australian farm cottage, situated on the property of Golden West Haflinger Stud where Cathy bred these beautiful golden, blonde ponies which originate from Austria!
Always a variety of farmyard pets to play with and the kids are welcome to join in with animal feeding and care every morning, including collecting the eggs! They will be well entertained with our variety of very friendly farmyard pets including Miniature Goats, Sheep, Chickens, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Cats, Parrots, Miniature Ponies and of course our gorgeous golden Haflinger ponies!
Located on the doorstep of the Perth Hills and Swan Valley vineyards and Tourism precinct, less than 5 minutes to local country pubs, fine dining restaurants, wineries, Fruit picking, weekend markets and more!
Surrounded by natural bush and farmland, waterfalls with beautiful Australian flora and fauna to explore right on your doorstep. Kangaroos, possums and bandicoots visit the property most nights!
