3 Bedroom Cottage in Bethany Beach

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in the Bethany West Community is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on a wooded lot. Just an easy bike ride to downtown Bethany or take the trolley which stops nearby every half hour. There are two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with many activities! The house offers a well equipped kitchen for easy prep of meals at home. Enjoy a morning coffee and evening dinner on the screened porch. The first-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A spiral staircase leads to the loft/balcony and 2 additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds, another with a full-size bed. The rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
Outdoor shower and charcoal grill available for guest use.
Friendly neighborhood, convenient to everything Bethany has to offer. One parking pass for the town of Bethany (for posted residential streets - not meters) is provided and access to the trolley is located throughout the neighborhood. Off-street parking for 6 cars and charcoal grill for your dining pleasure.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Summary: This house is in desperate need of upgrades in every room. Kitchen, floors, walls, beds are all very old and in poor condition. Day 1 we found ants in the kitchen and contacted the property manager but they never sent anyone to take care of it. Lots of spiders in the bathrooms. Paid the fee for linens but we had to make all the beds then strip them at the end of the week ourselves. Location was good. House is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kids enjoyed the community pool and riding the trolley.
