Summary: The first floor convenience was vgood, making it quick access to carpark and front exit. The unit was very comfortable and well presented. Lounges were trendy and cosy. A nice large bed and a peaceful environment for sleeping. The kitchen components were well arranged and clean. Great block out window treatments and reasonably private from opposite apartments. I recommend attending to the front entry door, it is scruffy and on approach gives a less than executive feel. A gap at the bottom of the door needs a draft strip as noise does filter through. Some walls need a better wipe down , as near the toilet area, but clean facilities. It was a great location to go out to eat or walk the nearby green areas. A quick bus ride to the CBD was very useful. Overall, I was very happy with the apartment. I felt safe, at the same time security was very good. The lovely pool deck area I used to sit in the afternoon sun for a while, also the carpark space was not cramped as some can be. A well presented and equipped accommodation.
