A beautiful semi-soundfront home on a quiet cul-de-sac in the natural setting of the Sanderling community. Sanderling amenities consist of a soundfront pool, kiddie pool, boat dock and launch, nature trails and tennis (with a fee). A paved bike/walking path lines the road with live oak canopies for those looking to get outside, exercise, and maybe take a bike ride into town. Approximately 3 miles south in the quaint town of Duck, you may take a stroll on the sound front boardwalk, grab an ice cream or a bite to eat, enjoy free events on the town park green, or take the kids to the playground. Duck has some of the best shopping and restaurants on the Outer Banks.
After a relaxing day at the beach, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and backyard Park Side Charcoal Grill to make a delicious family dinner. There's plenty of seating at the grand table for 10 and 3 at the breakfast bar. After dinner, enjoy the stunning sunsets on the screened in porch or open decks. Getting to the beach is a breeze. Bella Bay offers 2 spacious master suites, 1 bedroom with two full size beds, and 1 with two duo bunks. Children-friendly amenities include a portable wooden crib in the downstairs master closet for guest to use. The mattress is kept separately in the laundry closet. There is a glider rocker in the downstairs master bedroom as well, and a high chair upstairs in kitchen area.
