The Space:
Xmas Paddock Pod by Tiny Away sits just 1 hour from Cape Jaffa in Willalooka. Perched on a gentle rise, this tiny home overlooks pastures, horse and sheep paddocks, and a rural wedding and event barn framed by vast southern skies.

Spend your days exploring nearby gems such as Christmas Rocks Conservation Park or Mount Monster Conservation Park for bushwalking, wildlife spotting, and birdwatching. Check out Padthaway wine country for high-class cellar doors and see The Granites and Canunda National Park for scenic coastal views.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses available—Xmas Country Cabin and Xmas Rocks X—with 24 hours' notice.

Please note, our property also hosts weddings and events. At times, there may be other guests on-site. The function barn is about 100m from the Tiny House, with plenty of space to ensure privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the horse paddocks, sheds, and the land host's private residence.

The Neighborhood:
Xmas Paddock Pod by Tiny Away is tucked in the small town of Willalooka, South Australia. Our tiny house is just an hour away from Cape Jaffa and close to some of South Australia's most scenic landscapes.

Spend the day hiking among ancient granite outcrops in Christmas Rocks Conservation Park or tackle rugged tracks at Mount Monster Conservation Park. Padthaway brings small-batch cellar doors and cool-climate wines, making it the highlight of your stay at our holiday homes.

Drive out to The Granites to watch the Southern Ocean pound against wave-carved rocks. For a stretch of wild coastline, Canunda National Park offers hidden beaches, dunes, and diverse birdlife.

Getting Around:
By Car:

- From Adelaide to Keith: 2.5 hours (230 km)
- From Melbourne to Keith: 5.5 hours (501 km)
- From Keith to Xmas Rocks Farm:- 20 minutes (30 km)

Vehicle Requirements:
Xmas Rocks Farm is accessible by 2WD vehicles on well-maintained roads. If you plan to visit nearby conservation parks or rugged areas, a 4WD is recommended for off-road tracks.

By Public Transport:

- There are no public transport options available.

By Flight:

- The nearest major airports are Adelaide Airport and Mount Gambier Airport.
- From Adelaide Airport, drive to Keith (approx. 2.5 hours) and continue to Xmas Rocks Farm (20 minutes).
- From Mount Gambier Airport, drive to Willalooka (approx. 2 hours).

Other Things to Note:
- An electric BBQ grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone, while 2degrees and Spark may have a weaker signal
- Children are welcome under close adult supervision, including a safety guide sent prior to booking.
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- We recommend bringing your own water or using bottled water.
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
