Summary: a very comfortable 3 bed property with a huge enclosed yard. Downside with a family would be only one bathroom and toilet. Kitchen well appointed although cutlery could do with an upgrade. we only used one bedroom but the bed was very comfy. We really appreciated the quiet and being able to invite elderly relatives for a meal and catch up.
