The lovely sandy beach is less than a mile away, and the village pub can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

The comfortable detached open-plan accommodation provides a superb kitchen, dining room, sitting room and conservatory; four charming bedrooms and an enclosed, furnished courtyard. A park and tennis courts are just a stone's throw away.
Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licensed, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Summary: Absolutely fabulous time had by whole family, will recommend. Plenty of room for all of us. A few things I would like to point out but did not spoil our holiday:- The key box is located above the bins on the right-hand side, the one detailed in welcome letter doesn't give you keys! The key rack in the kitchen does not contain the keys to unlock windows, definitely needed them as 25C! There is no log burner so don't bother buying logs as suggested in welcome letter! Bedside light in annex bedroom faulty so we unplugged. There is no oven cloth - definitely needed this! Otherwise, fab location and property. So safe with children as garden area enclosed and safe. Thank you.
