One pass allocated to one member of a family to use to the Rec Center for free access. The owner provides you a guest pass which allows access to the Rec Center. Additional guests pay on weekends $20/per adult, $7/per child pn weekdays $10/per adult, $5/per child. The Rec Center has outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna , game room, gym, outdoor pools and jacuzzi.There are walking trails throughout the Estates for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
The Ski Lodge is opened in the winter for skiing, entertainment and food. Lounge opened daily and pub style food served seaonally.

Summary: We had a lot of activities to get to, so we did not get to use the pool. The condo was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace very much. Jennifer was super responsive from booking through our entire stay. We would certainly stay there again
