Gorgeous Boho Tiny House located right on the Tennessee River. River beach and boat ramp right on the property. Property includes community Covered outdoor dining area and partially covered fire pit just steps from the water. Beautiful river view from tiny house balcony! Located just 2 hours from Nashville, 2 hour from Jackson and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Memphis. Queen sized bed, and full size futon. Equipped with Smart TV, larger mini fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, air fryer and coffee maker as well as charcoal grill. Home is two stories, so it does have stairs inside so may not be ideal for all. Property management nearby if any assistance is needed for any reason. Location is just 10 minutes from Savannah which has Walmart, Walgreens, Antiques, boutique shopping, Restaurants, skating rink, bowling alley and an awesome flea market each weekend. And for extra bonus points DoorDash also delivers here!
