Fresh! Spacious! Fabulous Remodel. Classic 1948 Palm Springs cottage that has been reimagined for the way we live today. Open concept floor plan. Soaring vaulted ceilings. Light and bright with lots of windows and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Both bedrooms have private ensuite baths. Great pool yard where its all about relaxing in the sunshine. The mountain views are absolutely stunning! Super easy walk-to-town location that is very close to Ruth Hardy Park and just a quick, one mile stroll to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The very private yard has an inground all-in one Spool (pool/spa combo) with jets - surrounded by lounge chairs, a built in BBQ cook station, mature citrus trees, lush grass and mountain views - all adding to the magic of this very special property. It’s the perfect spot to live the good life!
** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

The focus here is on good vibes, easy living - comfort - and style. The kitchen, living and dining are all open to each other - perfect for spending time with your entire group. The property has been updated for the way we live today - with high-speed internet, flat screen televisions, high performance climate control and a well stocked kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances. Perfect for cooking "at home."

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The Master Suite offers a King bed, flat screen TV, ample storage and ensuite bath. The second Guest Room features a Full bed and ensuite bath. The third sleeping area - which is perfect for the occasional over flow guest or daytime napping - is in the sunroom off the pool. It has a Twin Daybed and easy access to the hall powder room.
THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at Boho Rhapsody. Located in the El Mirador Neighborhood, you'll be less than a mile to Ruth Hardy Park, the Convention Center, and the world famous Palm Canyon Drive as it passes through the Uptown Design District with its galleries, boutiques, fine dining restaurants, casual eateries and coffee spots. Two full-service shopping centers with grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are just a few blocks away.

Summary: Loved the layout, design and location of this property. The backyard is divine, and kitchen has ample room for cooking etc. the beds were very comfy and plenty of linens. The bathrooms /pipe system could use some real TLC though. I do understand maintaining the charm of an older home, but the bathroom(s) water pressure and faucet systems do not match the price point. Overall lively home and had a great time!
