Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The room is nice, chic, and modern, as it is the bathroom. It's spotlessly clean. It's really beautiful. There's a small pool where you can cool off, as swimming isn't an option.
Negative: We have a problem getting into Villas K'aanab because there's no reception, and the room key is taken from a locker for which we don't have a code. There is no information about the way of getting accommodation on our booking. Luckily, one of the guests helps us, calls the property manager and gets the key for us. The toilet in our apartment gets clogged which is a disaster. The tap in the sink barely drips and the shower only runs cold water so I can't wash my hair. The Internet doesn't work in the room, only outside.
