Summary: Good location, right across the street from the beach. The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. There are no ACs here and the room was stifling when we got there since it was a 90 degree day, but we were surprised that the box fan on the room cooled the room substantially once we turned the lights out. It's been a very long time since I stayed at a motel in the Cape so the environment was a little strange. In the rear courtyard, which was pretty dark, there were groups of people hanging out either sitting on chairs on the grass or standing on the 2nd floor walkway. Gave it a sort of homeless shelter vibe. And I know it's summer but no way should this place be charging $250 for a night. All that said - it was fine overall, we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel experience. It was sufficiently clean and it served it's purpose.
