The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (5 x 8 meters)
We have our own night watchman. A few minutes from the residence, you will find good restaurants for your breakfast.
The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with open kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with large beds. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
At the back of the villa, the garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers surrounds the pool. This one is naturally heated by the rays of the sun present all the year.
Upon arrival, beds are made, 4 towels are provided per room. You will be welcomed as soon as you arrive at the Villa. You can at this time get many practical information to facilitate your stay.
Every 4-5 days bedding as well as towels will be replaced.
Electricity is excluded from the rental price (except for specific contract), the electricity meter will be collected at your reception. The cost is 8 Baht per KWH, the water is free.
Since the villa is located in a residence, we ask you to respect the sleep of the neighbors when you return in the evening or at night.
During your stay you can contact us 24/24, we are always there to help you in case of necessity.
To get around Pattaya and Jomtien, you will find blue taxis 24 hours a day. Depending on the distance traveled, the price will be 10 or 20 baht per person.
To facilitate your transfer from the airport to the villa, we have a taxi service. Our driver will wait for you at the exit with a sign indicating your name.
We recommend this service because drivers know the addresses of the different villas.
For your trips to, and around Pattaya, we have a private taxi service. Our driver will take you to the beach, town, supermarket, restaurants or other places you want to go and will take you back to the villa. A price of the different races is available on site.
On request we can supply scooters or bicycles. They can be ready at home upon arrival. For this we work with a local company.
