Villa Venus sits on a private no-through street, in a quiet location, yet within walking distance from the lovely village of Termini.
The villa is self-contained and features ample outdoor spaces, with an impressive panoramic terrace, enjoying a close up view of the island of Capri and amazing panorama over the Bay of Naples.
Built on two levels, it is reached by 15 steps from the entrance and parking area.
On the upper level is the outdoor living area, comprising a summer kitchenette, with a 4 ring gas stove, sink, fridge and a service bathroom. Also on this level are a wood fired pizza oven and barbecue. The solarium terrace is partly shaded and has a large dining table, sunbeds and lounge chairs.
It is possible to organize pizza dinners and aperitifs at sunset using the magnificent terrace inside the villa.
8 more steps lead to the house entrance. The accommodation comprises a living and meals area, separate kitchen, a master bedroom and adjacent twin/double, both opening to a panoramic balcony and a third bedroom, also with views.
On the lower level ( 12 steps ) is a rumpus room with a sofa bed, big screen TV, a large dining table for convivial meals, open fireplace and a commercial kitchen. This area is ideal for entertaining in the cooler times of the year. The room is full of light, as it opens to the terrace garden through a big glass sliding door. In this garden area are another wood fired pizza oven, a service bathroom and the pool (above the ground – hexagonal shape, 5 x 4 mt)
All rooms in the house, including the rumpus, are air conditioned. Satellite TV and wi-fi internet are available on both floors.
The property has covered parking space, electric gates and pedestrian gate.

Summary: This Villa is off the beaten path in a lil' village w/the locals.It's not your typical tourist town.In just 5 minutes you can be up the hill in a lil' village sipping on Cappuccinos & enjoying Croissants w/the locals.Many great lil' restaurants run by locals w/just delicious food, a butcher shop, ceramic shop, grocery store, limoncello store. etc.The public bus picks up throughout the day w/many stops along the way & to many surrounding areas to visit such as Sorrento, Amalfi, Marina & Positano, etc.We just loved going into the busy towns but then retreating to our quite villa & village!It's quiet & peaceful w/just SPECTACULAR views of Capri Island, Napoli & other Islands.If the weather permits, leave the French doors open at night & wake up to the sound of birds singing & a breeze.We cooked in the main kitchen & ate at the table that can seat 30, we also ate out on the pool deck & enjoyed cocktails on the top deck w/the most incredible view!It's just breathtaking & you just say "Praise Jah!"...(Psalm 37:11)Armando the host/owner of the Villa was most helpful!Just a kind soul & ready to assist w/many things like arranging rides for pick up to & from the airport. Replenishing some items in the home & ready to help showing us the local bus schedule & which buses/trains to take to get where we wanted to go.I would go back in a heartbeat & stay in the lil' village & w/Armando again in his Family's lovely home!Thank you for sharing your home w/us!
