We trust that your stay will be both pleasant and serene. In adherence to Portuguese law, we emphasize the strict prohibition of noise after 10 pm to ensure the peace and quiet of our neighbours.To maintain a peaceful environment, we've installed a sound monitoring device. It measures decibel levels, especially after 22:00. If the limit is exceeded, a warning call will kindly request reduced noise.We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in upholding this legal requirement. Failure to comply with this rule will regrettably result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, and no refund will be provided.Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music played outside the home should be kept at a normal level.We appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to maintaining a harmonious living environment while you are on vacation.
*To elevate your experience, we offer the option of pool heating for an additional cost of 250 euros per stay. We understand the importance of a warm and inviting pool for your enjoyment.
