Villa Peparethos was the house of one of the most lovely families in Skopelos Island!
The Perissi Family with Parents Spiros & Zoe and Kids Costas & Athena.
When the kids left the island for studies in Athens City, the parents decided to move to a smaller house.
And this is how Villa Peparethos started in 2013!
Villa Peparethos has become one of the most wanted Villas in Skopelos.

Location: Villa Peparethos is located on a hillside in Stafilos area. It is close to Skopelos Town (3,5 km), Stafilos Beach (1 km), Supermarket and Petrol Station (1,5 km).
The spacious Villa secures a quiet and calm environment for a fantastic holiday. Because of its elevated position the view from the terraces is magnificent.
The House: The ground floor of the Villa has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a big living room, all in an open floor plan, and a bathroom with shower.
French doors lead to the big terrace that is perfect for outside dining and swimming at the pool.
A staircase leads to the top floor, which has 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The two bedrooms have access to their own paved balcony and have double bed. The third bedroom has windows and 2 single beds that can be easily converted in a double bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.
There is an outdoor BBQ at the back of the house.
The whole house has A/C and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The private parking is protected against the sun.
There is free wifi connection.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Peparethos and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Skopelos. My family and I (4 adults 3 children) came to stay in Skopelos for a week to celebrate my mother and daughter’s birthdays. Athena and her family were excellent hosts. Athena responded quickly to any queries and she was so helpful with her recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. We loved the delicious Greek breakfast which Athena and her mother prepared for us On our last day. The villa is spacious, well-equipped, clean and beautiful. The outdoor area is lovely and has everything you need. The pool is gorgeous and we spent hours in it. The location is excellent but a car is essential to explore the beautiful island. We look forward to returning to Skopelos and will definitely stay in Villa Peparethos again ❤️
