Positive: The host is very nice and responsive. He adapted one more night for us and if we had any issues he was prompt to respond. The villa has a nice and quite location, with gate access and parking place. It is 20 mins drive from various beach and also 5 min drive from Afitos. With a little more care for the details it would be a 10+ location....
Negative: The cleaning can be improved. The house needs a little more attention and would be great location. The nets needs to be replaced, there is either missing complete or it is with holes. The ants, there are a lot of ants and it is not only on the ground floor, this needs to be eliminated. The lawn and access alley to the house also needs to be tied up. Overall, again there are some little improvements that would transform this into a 10+ location.
