Positive: Beautiful location to relax and enjoy time in the garden and olive grove, surrounded by scenic hills. Visiting in April meant we were able to see much of the garden coming to life and flowering. The host is very attentive, kind and responds quickly in case of questions. The villa is just a few minutes drive from a town (Bastardo) for groceries and essentials. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor and furnishing is well done, perfect for a rustic villa. There are many beautiful towns to visit within a 30-45 minute drive - a great spot to explore Umbria from. We hope to return again in the future!
