Positive: Staying at Villa Efes was a highlight of our trip to Bali. Right from booking, we had great communication with the host and lots of information provided to help plan our trip and make it as enjoyable as possible. Thank you so much for this. It was very helpful! Villa Efes is such a beautiful Villa with amazing indoor - outdoor flow and the pool at your feet from the door. The staff were all amazing, very polite, caring, and available to help with anything if needed. They were all lovely with the kids and gave advice of local shops and places to visit during our stay. Budi and Ayu are amazing cooks. We loved the smoothie bowls for breakfast and the Indonesian Meal for dinner. Their food was a highlight the kids are still talking about! The rooms are a great size with adequate air conditioning throughout the villa and very comfy beds. Thank you so much. We will be back again!
Negative: The upstairs bathroom in the master bedroom gets a little bit smelly, unsure if it's the heat or the water but it had an odd smell every morning after the windows were closed overnight. Did not impact our stay but definitely something we noticed.
