Positive: Quiet environment, the swimming pool, Netflix, and the host's proactivity. This place is OK if you wanna stay out of the city center. It is located in a quiet neighborhood far away from the crowd and within walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed seeing my girls play in the pool as soon as they woke up. They also enjoyed watching Netflix after swimming or playing on the beach. The host was proactive. It's very easy to communicate with the host and the villa caretaker.
Negative: The kitchen was not well equipped. The pan was rusty so I had to scrub it first. There were only 1 pot and 1 pan. All the basic utensils are there but I had to buy every cooking ingredient including salt. At the other villas I had stayed at, the basic cooking necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, etc were provided, but not at this place. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. There was barely any running water in the bathroom. I finally told the villa keeper and he contacted the state water company to fix it. However, it was still low. The towels and the couch were stained. This place can use a bit of scrubbing for sure.
Summary: I did not mind our stay. I think it's good for the price that we paid for. It was very affordable.
