Positive: Not the caretaker, but one of the girls helped us so much crossing all language barriers. I'd give her 10/10!
Negative: Although the bathroom is clean, there is no tap. Only a shower with no water pressure. The rooms are in second floor, and kitchen (if required) is at the ground floor.
