Located just outside Torquay at the start of the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting, Bells Estate is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the facilities or to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.
The villa features a fully self contained kitchen, spa bath, a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV and the main bedroom patio with valley views. Toiletries, linen and towels are supplied.
In the pool building you will find an indoor solar heated pool (Sept-April) and table tennis. Outside is a basketball half court, inground trampoline and tree swings.

Summary: Our family enjoyed this property. Lots of land to explaore and many activities to entertain children. It is unfortunate the pool was not as heated as we were expecting, may be due to insufficient sun for solar heating. Lovely stay
