You can visit unique cities such as La Spezia, Lucca, Parma, Pisa, Genoa, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Firenze, Milano, and many typical villages.Beautifully situated in the green countryside country house with private in-ground pool. The house and garden are fully south-facing and offer unique views over the valley and hills to the sea. The country house is located in an exclusive domain of 12 ha with olive groves, woodland and mountain pasture. On this mountain meadow, you have a view of the ridges, sea and islands and have the opportunity to go for walks and picnics. The country house enjoys great privacy.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area with seating for 12-14 people and a spacious lounge with sitting area. The four large window doors offer beautiful views. The house has large windows everywhere with a view and plenty of light. The decoration of this new building is of good quality and tasteful.
Supermarkets and other shops are 5 km away. In half an hour you can be on the sandy beaches of wonderful Lerici overlooking the bay and the islands. Unique excursions to Portovenere and Cinque Terre. Nearby atmospheric La Spezia has a seaside promenade, marina, and numerous shops and restaurants. Cerreto Laghi ski resort (45 km) offers mountain walks during summer and, of course, skiing in winter.
In the large enclosed grass garden (2000 m2) is a private saltwater pool (17 x 5 m depth 1.5 m) with underwater night lighting. The garden is directly accessible from the house with no level difference. You can enjoy the shade of some trees and the pergola and the children have space to play. Parking at the house.
