Our country house is situated in the quiet Asper (Gavere) and is perfect for your family trips and friends reunions. An idyllic place with all the comforts of home and more.
Also great for workshops and team buildings.
It is an ideal base for all your walking and cycling tours in the Flemish Ardennes. Or would you rather relax at the pool? Or would you like to book a massage in our Spa?
The spacious house has 6 bedrooms, each with a double hotel quality bed and equipped with every comfort.
There are 4 bathrooms, all with a shower and 1 with an extra bath.

GROUND FLOOR:
° Spacious entrance hall.
° A fully equipped kitchen.
° Large veranda with a long table that seat up to 18 guests; this overlooking the garden with ponds and swimming pool.
° Cosy green garden with swimmingpool and poolhouse.
° Private sauna with outdoor shower are accessible through the garden or the kitchen.
° 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
° A small sitting area (possible with extra bed) with covered terrace.
° Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
° Separate access to our Spa, if wellness packages or beauty treatments were booked.

° Electric charging station provided.
In front of the house there is also free parking and there is always room.

FIRST FLOOR
° Large night hall with various possibilities, such as extra sleeping facilities.
° 3 bedrooms, 1 with an adjoining bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. This one
room also has a dressing room where easily a double or 1 to 2 single beds
can be added.
° Centrally located, separate bathroom and separate toilet.
° A spacious TV room with a fireplace and a giant corner salon that fits everyone.

Access for guests
The whole house is available for guests, including the garden with outdoor pool and pool house and also the private sauna with outdoor shower.
The carport can also be used for parking the cars and / or bicycles and is provided with an electric charging station.

Interaction with guests
A key pad will be provided with a code. This code will be sent to you for check-in and you can check in from 3 pm on the hour of your choice.

° All rooms have bed linen
° In the bathrooms you can use our bio-beauty products, towels and such more.
° We have 2 child travel beds and 2 baby beds available.
° Coffee and tea are always provided.
° In the summer season, beach towels are also provided at the pool.
° Electric cars can be charged.
° Parking space is provided in carport, in front of the door and on the street across the street.
