New Furnace and Air Conditioning installed May 2021!
Newly updated five bedroom just a short walk to the Village of Walloon Lake! Great location with easy access to 131, ski resorts, restaurants and Walloon Lake! Beach and boat launch less than 1/2 mile away! Home features full kitchen and has great new deck overlooking large back yard.
House features three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and one bath on the second floor.
Great location just .3 miles from boat launch, restaurants and the beach! In winter, the snowmobile trail is also very close.
*COVID-19 Info: Due to increased cleaning and disinfection requirements, same day rental turnovers are not possible at this time. Also, please understand that some local services and amenities may not be available during your stay. We do our best to limit contact with guests to the extent possible to ensure safety for guests and staff.
Home does have one external security camera that only has access to the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.

Summary: Great location for a weekend away from home. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and the location was ideal. Being able to walk to the park and shops in Walloon was ideal for keeping the kids engaged and active.
