This 2-story townhome is located at the Tybee Lights Condos, which sits directly on the sandy mid beach and offers endless ocean views from the living room, primary bedroom, and private balcony. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your vacation home all while being located in a central location that’s great for exploring everything that Tybee Island has to offer.
The entrance to this unit is on the second floor of the building, and once inside there are two floors to the townhome. The first floor is where the living room, kitchen, and dining room are located and features a great open living plan that adds to its breezy, beach feel. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a large smart TV, and opens up directly to the furnished balcony through a sliding glass door that provides a ton of natural light and allows for stunning views from anywhere downstairs. The balcony has seating for 4 and looks out across the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your vacation meal needs and includes additional perks, such as a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and microwave. Make a cup of coffee to enjoy while the sun rises over the horizon! Additionally, there is a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer on this level.
Head upstairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms, which are both outfitted with king-sized beds as well as flat-screen TVs. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your king-sized bed!
This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. There is a designated dog walking area, and all pets must be leashed. No dogs are allowed on the beach on Tybee Island. There is assigned parking for one vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. WIFI internet is available.

Summary: This light, bright condo instantly sends you into a beach vibe - so pretty and exactly as advertised. Tybee Lights is in an ideal location on the island. Although the condo entrance faces the main street (Butler), there are sidewalks along both sides of the street that make it easy to walk to many great restaurants. And right around back is (ahhh) the beach! The only down side to this building is that the back decks, which provide a beautiful view of the ocean sunrise, are very close together. Hoping our neighboring unit would be unoccupied during the offseason (it was) I rented the condo. So happy we had the back deck! This was a great experience.
