Located near Maplewood train station, easy ride into NYC. Jitney is right outside the door on the corner. Drive into NYC is about 45 minute commute. Apartment is also located nearby Newark airport. South Mountain Arena is another alluring spot to visit as it features: zoo, ice rink, walking path, picnic area, paddle boats.
Ideal for corporate individual needing to travel to and from NYC, while desiring peaceful retreat.
This space is the second floor apartment. It is a one bedroom with a guest limit of two guests only.
The bedroom has room darkening curtains for a restful night sleep. The two closets have eight hangers all together. There is one queen sized bed and a hanging mirror on the door.
There are stairs to walk up and down as you can see in photos. There is Roku television in the TV room only, guest use their own subscription plans as there is nit cable service only the capabilty to use your own streaming service..
The kitchen has a coffee maker (no filters needed), toaster, blender, two oven mitts, two pots (not to be put in dishwasher as it will cause damage), tea kettle, various bowls & plates ( different sizes), utensils both hardened plastic and ceramic ( all reusable), a dish towel, napkins, paper towels and a cutting board.
The driveway is a narrow driveway and can only fit a standard sized car. Anything larger will not fit. There is no.overnight parking, however car can be parked on street all day long.
The bathroom has a linen closet in hallway with various sized towels for bathing.
There is a NO smoking, NO pets, NO unregistered guests, NO parties policy. The house is in a quiet, calm and peaceful family neighborhood.
The guests can use the space inside the apartment. There is a closet and the basement that are off limits and locked as are for workers access only. There is a fenced area in the back that is locked for safety reasons, which only landscaper has access. There are property markers out front that are wooden sticks with pink ribbon that is requested to leave be where standing.
Guests can get in touch with the owner via the app. The owner lives nearby.
Please NO outdoor vehicles brought into the house such as: no bicycles, no scooters, any kind of scooters that travel the streets. Those can be left outdoors in the back. Or don't bring at all.
