Positive: This is a perfect place for a family: my son was very happy to be away from us (kitchen is between the Master and the other BR), the bathroom and laundry gave us some extra space for organization, the kitchen facilities are fantastic, and the whole place is really nicely laid out. Great location by 101 and the train, but still nice and quiet--great quality windows!
Negative: Here and there are things that need a little fixing--like the screen door to the back porch (the gasket is bent so it doesn't completely close, the gas stove has some personality, but nothing that is a deal breaker. There was some confusion with the door code initially, but it was cleared up within 10 minutes, thanks in part to the house security system--it informed our host that the wrong code was being tried, and shortly thereafter we received a call. A one-time thing, again not a deal-breaker.
Summary: Lovely place to stay, in the midst of everything but feels private.
