The Lodge sits on a private, river front lot. Neighbors are nestled beyond the tree lines and our Toccoa River Cottage is across the way from the Lodge. The Cottage and Lodge are separated by a yard, creek, and line of trees.
There is NO refund of the payment processing fee upon booking. Once you book, no matter when a cancellation may be made, the processing fee of 3.5% will never be refundable.
If you are booking more than 90 days in advance, you will be charged a 25% down payment at booking.
Must be 25 years of age or older to book and be present throughout the reservation.
Guest must contact owner for details regarding parties and events. Guests may not host an event without approval- extra fee applies.

Summary: Great property. It was immaculately clean. Communication with management was great. It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods and… All told; we were extremely happy with the accommodations.
