Adult only as the cabin is not suited for children. There is an open staircase and loft inside the cabin as well as an upper outdoor deck approximately 20 feet off the ground. There are 31 outdoor steps up to main living level entrance from driveway. Outdoor video surveillance only. Cameras cover driveway, lower deck and steps leading up to cabin entrance door with lock box. Inside cabin and main seating area on upper deck are private and not in camera view.

Coldwater Cabin sleeps up to four people comfortably with a main level bedroom, upper level master loft and side loft, two full baths with shower/tub combination, fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area with fireplace.
Handsome tongue and groove paneling throughout, wide pine plank flooring, rough sawn pine cabinetry, open exposed beam structure and rock fireplace are yours to enjoy in Coldwater. Lots of natural light fills this haven creating a warm, cheerful,inviting atmosphere. Coldwater Cabin is furnished in rustic mountain décor that is comfortable, relaxed and full of charm.
