Centrally located near both 7 Springs and Hidden Valley ( 5 miles to either) nestled between Laurel Ridge and Laurel Hill State Parks and near the Great Allegheny Passage for countless outdoor recreational opportunities. This spacious home has an open floor plan featuring a Cathedral style window wall flooding the living areas with natural light, opening onto a furnished wrap around deck. The first floor includes a master bedroom queen size with full bath and walk in closet. A second queen bedroom and a full bath with tub/shower. Fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry. The open concept living area has a wood burning fireplace and a 42" flat screen Smart TV and a Bose stereo/cd player. The second floor loft houses a quiet retreat with its wood ceiling and cozy reading area. It also provides a bedroom with two double beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a multi jet glass shower. A single bed sleeping area is tucked away at the top of the stairs. Private yet accessible peaceful and serene with seasonal activities all year long.
