Positive: My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The York Palace in December 2025. We had a great room and the hotel enjoys a great location. The owner, Nola, was extremely warm and friendly. She gave us great recommendations for drinks/dinner that evening. She also went out of here way to find us a UK to Australia electric plug adaptor, as we forgot to bring one with us. Not only did she find one but she insisted we keep it, as she knew this was our first night in Australia and she didn't want us to struggle for the rest of our holiday. We offered to pay but she refused. Nola is a great host and offers a great place to stay. We would thoroughly recommend it.
