Summary: This Inn/Cabin/Hotel is a great spot to stay if you're touring the Cape Breton Island. We were visiting the western area of the island (CB Highlands National Park nearest to Cheticamp) so this was a good and affordable place to stay while we were in this area. What we absolutely found amazing was the impeccable customer service of the staff. When we arrived, we were offered to stay in one of the cabin if we wanted to but chose instead to stay in a very quaint and comfortable room in the main lodge. Unfortunately, we soon found out that there was no hot water and it was already past midnight and the staff was away. Made one phone call and the owner was quick to come over, talk with us and fix the problem. There was a lot a hot water after his visit. Very interesting older gentleman to talk to. The room was extremely comfortable and we truly enjoyed our night. We will definitely be back to this place.
