Positive: Beautiful house clean comfortable very much enjoyed staying in it would diffently stay again they thought of everything for all kinds of holiday makers. It was carefully considered. 4 Mile from alston village which is cute and the village its in is lovely and park close by for young children.

Negative: Bit far i didn't realise how far it was from our family in warcop n Sedbergh. And church in kirby Stephen which our family run. But it was a nice hour drive .. my fault. For not knowing the area. Nothing not to like really only issues was we found you have a bad woodlouse issues.. lots of them .especially in kitchen and door way.. my daughter found one in back bedroom on Friday night too. Never used the cooker didn't no how .. too complicated I admit I was too scared to use any of the facilties like that.. only used the bath n shower .. water wasnt really hot enough though.
