Summary: Staff was the absolute best part of this - outside of the great staff, the hotel itself is dated, they claim “private balcony” when in reality it’s right outside the only door, in the public stairwell. A/C (which they don’t state they have) is 2 fans, the door had a visible gap at the bottom, the bathroom window opens to a public breezeway and the list goes on. This is realistically a $50/night room masquerading as a $170/night suite.
