This is a rare dog friendly holiday home on the Sunshine Coast with a private heated pool, set in a quiet and restful location. Just beyond the trees is the Mt Coolum section of beach, a quiet and white sandy beach for you to enjoy.
*Accommodation Details*
The Dunes features high ceilings and beautiful timber floors. A northern aspect and louvers throughout invites in the ocean sea breezes and warm sunlight. Surround yourself in luxury and nature at the same time.
*Bedrooms and Bathrooms*
Upstairs
Master Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite with bath situated at the end of a wide suspended hallway, plus a private balcony overlooking the fauna reserve. Light and airy, sleep with the sound of the surf.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 King Single beds (default) or king bed on request (request must be made at time of booking)
Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds
* Above bed configurations notes are the default. Request for changes to the bed configuration need to be made at the time of booking and approved in writing. Additional housekeeping costs for changes if house keeping is required to attend will be passed on.

The Dunes features a fully equipped kitchen with modern European appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, coffee machine (will require ground beans) and wine fridge. This is the cooks' delight!

The generous open plan lounge and dining area is on the lower level. Timber bifold doors connect the inside living to the sheltered deck overlooking the native fauna reserve with outdoor dining and BBQ.
There is also a media room with TV, DVD, and surround sound plus iPod connectivity and Netflix.
