Positive: It was cosy, comfortable, warm and close to the centre of Blackheath. There’s a lot of personality in how it’s decorated - it felt like a real family home with inbuilt memories.
Negative: It was all great - nothing really to complain about. I was travelling with my elderly Mum and the bathroom (with the shower in the bathtub) could have done with a non slip rubber mat and possibly something to grip onto as you get in and out.
Summary: Wonderful comfy home away from home, close to everything
