Summary: My sheet was stained no fridge no phone and no microwave. Only a tiny ceramic heater and a window air conditioner. The tub had what looked to be black mold. There were multiple extension chords everywhere. The hair dryer looked like it was about to fall apart. Please go check out room 16. It was also not the room I booked! I’m not sure why their rating is so high. Do they pay for that??? I have NEVER seen a room this bad. I stayed the first night because of the non-refundable but forfeited my 2nd night. Just couldn’t stay there another night. I suggest hotels.com might want to do their own surprise visit. I will be escalating this to try and recoup some of my money. $200 a night???? I would have been better in a roadside travel inn. The Fairfield inn in greenwood was less and beautiful and CLEAN!
