Positive: Once we got into the house - it was great. It is a bit confusing but it would have likely been easier had we arrived before dark. But the host was great and got us right in. The views are spectacular and it is a short walk to the marina which is loaded with restaurants and the beach. A top 10 shower experience - water pressure was next level and appreciated.
Negative: Pillows were WAY too soft, not enough towels for a family of 4 and too many keys (gate, two for the front door, one for the back) and a small stain that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The parking was fine but note that getting in/out of the property requires a minor in automotive acrobatics. If you are driving a large vehicle you should expect some tight squeezes when getting out.
Summary: Wonderful location, nice host, plan to return.
