Positive: Location is great. Locating the key was a nightmare we had Milson apartment employee helping us locate the lock box . l forwarded email and text to your company , unfortunately l didn't hear back for well over an hour.There was a photo of locked box location of which l did not receive , your description indicated box was attached to a streets sign so we hunted up and down the street .We luckily discovered it behind a sign inside the driveway of apartment block , this would have been useful information. we thanked the milson property mger and enjoyed our stay .
