Summary: House is as pictured. Clean n neat. BUT Toilet was leaking (excessively) 2nd floor air-conditioning was broken and maintenance scheduled during our stay. Kelly did get a plumber n air conditioning guy there within a reasonable period of time, but only offering a 1 night refund is not reasonable when 3 days of a 6 day trip were spent working on house problems. Day 1- arrival to the leaking toilet. We flushed the toilet and shut the valve but it would not tighten completely. The bucket we set up, so floors and downstairs ceiling would not get ruined filled up every 4.5 hours so we set an alarm at 1am, 4:30am n 9 to empty it until the plumber arrived. Day 2 -The upstairs never cooled down the night before. Air conditioning guy got the air back on for night 2 but did not have the right part. The unit made such a loud clacking noise everyone downstairs was kept up most of the night. video with sound sent to Kelly Day 3- 6month maintenance is scheduled and needs to come in the house. Kelly says we don't need to be there but all of my things are in the house I don't think anyone should be given access to my rental when I'm not there. who else has the code? So we came home from the beach and waited for the maintenance guy to come. Bonus while waiting the Air conditioning guy returned with the right part and was able to install it and stop the clacking noise. Lesson 1: I'll never rent another home managed by Jupiter Rentals.
