Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We booked this property at 10pm of the night we were wanting to stay (there's last minute then there's this!) Regardless of that, we received lightning fast confirmation and were told the code for the key safe. Upon arrival, everything was ready for us and all bedding etc was exceptionally clean. It was perfect for what we needed and really saved us at such a late hour, thank you!

Negative: We initially struggled to find the property, but that's probably due to our last minute booking rather than a lack of instruction from our hosts. Once contacted, they directed us straight to the property, even at 11:45pm. We were literally a nightmare customer and the service/property were fantastic, thank you! It was a little warm inside the property (we were in the middle of a heatwave) so I think a couple of desk fans could be a nice addition for the future as one bedroom has no windows.
