Sa piscine de 400 m2 chauffée et ses différents équipements sportifs mis à votre disposition vous permettront de passer de superbes vacances (table de ping- pong, courts de tennis, terrain multi sport, badminton, terrain de pétanque et mini golf)
Très belles prestations pour mon studio classé 3 étoiles.
En rez de jardin pouvant accueillir 2 adultes.
Entièrement meublé et équipé d'une superficie de 25 m2, il est composé d’un salon avec lits banquette, TV écran plat, coin cuisine avec 4 plaques de cuisson, frigo, micro onde, cafetière, bouilloire et vaisselles , salle de bains avec wc.
Une belle terrasse privative donnant sur jardin exposition EST .
Le studio est adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
A votre disposition il y a également une laverie automatique.
Place de parking dans la résidence fermée et sécurisée.
Accès plage et criques : 6 km, centre ville à 5 km, commerces à 1 km (pharmacie, boulangerie, presse, Spar, ...) dans le centre commercial du golf.
Merci de bien vouloir prévoir vos draps et serviettes. Possibilité d'avoir à disposition les draps et serviettes avec supplément. Torchon et tapis de sol fourni.
Le ménage doit être effectué par vos soins à votre sortie, il vous sera demandé une caution ménage à votre arrivée (80€) qui sera restituée à votre sortie si cette condition est bien respectée.
