Brand new bathroom with shower and tub.
Living room area with a large sleeper sofa that pulls out into a full size bed with a 4” thick memory foam and gel mattres topper. Space for provided full size, high quality air mattress included with rental.
50” smart tv.
Full kitchen with stove, microwave, large fridge, pots n’ pans, Spice rack.
Nice deck with a bistro table and 4 chairs.

Guests will have their own private entrance, that leads to a completely private apartment that is the entire top floor and 1 room on the ground level. Keyless entry.

Has a large backyard for you to hang out in. There is a fire pit to sit around. Back yard is shared with others.
